Delete Your RackerTracker Account

This page explains how to delete your RackerTracker account and the data associated with it. RackerTracker is operated by Hunter Hammond ("the Developer").

Delete your account from within the app

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@racker-tracker.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We act on verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, and profile photo)
• Your tournament registrations, match results, and win/loss record
• Your social connections, and any players you have blocked or muted
• Your device push-notification token
• For Sign in with Apple accounts, the Apple token is revoked

What we may retain, and for how long

We do not keep your profile after deletion. We may retain a limited set of payment and transaction records (such as entry-fee, subscription, or credit payment reference IDs and status) where required for legal, tax, or financial-compliance reasons. Full card details are never stored by us; in-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), and legacy subscriptions by Stripe. These limited records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to re-identify or contact you.
