How do I create a tournament?
Tap the “+” on the home screen, choose 8-ball or 9-ball, add your players, and RackerTracker builds the bracket for you. Organizer features require an active organizer plan.
What does the app cost?
RackerTracker is free to download and play. Organizers who want to create and run unlimited tournaments can subscribe to a Monthly or Annual plan, or buy a single-event “Pay-Per-Green” credit. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until canceled.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, select RackerTracker, and choose to change or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I link my FargoRate?
In your profile, search for your name under the FargoRate section and tap to link. Your rating will sync automatically so brackets and handicaps stay accurate.
Are entry fees or prize money handled in the app?
No. RackerTracker is a tournament-management tool only. All entry fees and payouts are handled in person, in cash — the app never processes, holds, or transfers entry-fee or prize money.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app under Profile settings, or email us at the address above and we’ll take care of it for you.
